Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Supporting personnel development, talent promotion, succession planning, and career development
- Contributing to organizational and change processes, including communication and process optimization
- Preparing and implementing individual employment measures in compliance with labor law requirements
- Collaborating with employee representatives and contributing to works agreements
- Preparing and executing the annual salary review as well as contributing to compensation management
- Assisting in personnel and budget planning in close coordination with HR/Finance/Controlling
- Analyzing and reporting key HR metrics, including deriving recommendations for action
- Supporting forecasts, monthly and annual financial statements in HR-related areas
- Participating in projects and further developing relevant processes
What you bring:
- Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR, with interfaces to Finance/Controlling
- Solid knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law
- Experience in budget planning, HR metrics analysis, and involvement in financial processes
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking with high numerical affinity
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and sense of responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working with strong social competence
